Arek is an Armenian typeface specifically designed to replace the currently used typefaces in school books. A fresh interpretation of the ancient Armenian script used in the old manuscripts. Arek currently has an upright regular and black versions with elongated caps, along with a regular cursive. Future plans for Arek include a multilingual extension of the family, with multiple weights and a sans serif companion.
